1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or registering on dmjili (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. These documents form the complete agreement between you and dmjili.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform. Continued use of dmjili after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of dmjili, including visitors, registered members and anyone who interacts with any part of the Platform's services, whether through a desktop browser or the dmjili mobile app.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of placing any bet or making any transaction.

dmjili actively enforces the 21+ age requirement. We may request government-issued identification such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, or driver's license at any point during your registration or account lifecycle. Failure to provide valid identification will result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on dmjili. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or aliases — is prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance.

Registration Requirements

When creating your account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your legal name, valid email address and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including friends or family members.
• Notify dmjili immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• dmjili will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. dmjili also reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice, and to withhold any balance pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

dmjili supports a range of payment methods commonly used in the Philippines. Accepted deposit methods may include GCash, Maya and direct Philippine bank transfers, among others. Available methods are subject to change and will be displayed within your account dashboard.

Deposits

• All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are shown at the time of transaction.
• Deposits funded through third parties or anonymous payment sources are not permitted.
• dmjili does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.
• Processing times vary by method — GCash and Maya transfers are typically processed within one business day.
• dmjili reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals pending verification or if fraud is suspected.

5. Betting Rules and Limits

All bets placed on dmjili are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, game or event type. These rules are available in the relevant sections of the Platform, including Sports, Basketball Betting and Esports.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• dmjili reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an error in odds was clearly made.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of a bet, the decision of dmjili shall be final.

Odds and Payouts

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that wager. Payouts are calculated based on confirmed odds multiplied by your stake, minus applicable deductions if any.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

dmjili may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions and other incentives to registered users. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim offers — will result in disqualification and possible account closure.
• dmjili reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unclaimed or unused bonuses after the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.

7. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair and secure environment for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited on dmjili:

• Opening more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or access the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes or odds.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Misrepresenting your identity, location or age during registration or verification.
• Circumventing geo-restrictions using VPNs, proxies or other technical methods.

8. Privacy and Data Use

dmjili collects and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your data as described therein.

Your personal information will be used for the following purposes:

• Verifying your identity and age as part of the registration and KYC process.

dmjili makes no guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur at any time. We will endeavour to notify users in advance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits dmjili's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter where it would be unlawful to exclude liability under Philippine law.

11. Amendments to Terms

dmjili reserves the right to update, revise or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this page. The date shown at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of dmjili after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amended terms, your only recourse is to stop using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 3.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. dmjili will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to provide a full resolution within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
